We’re so serious about what we do, we even trademarked the words “Ooey Gooey” because that is how you would describe the softness of the Cinnabons the second you finish the first gobble.

It all started with a father, a son and a mission to create the world’s greatest cinnamon roll from scratch with the first Cinnabon Bakery opened on December 4, 1985, in the SeaTac Mall in Seattle, Washington. 38 years later, using Makara Cinnamon that’s native in the jungles of Indonesia, Cinnabon is enjoyed in over 50 countries with over 1500 stores serving the world’s best cinnamon rolls, delicious Chillatta’s and yes, we do coffee too!
